Warranty Information:

Engines

Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the:

Engine Block,  Camshaft(s), Cylinder Head(s), Bearings, Head Gasket(s), Oil Pump, Crankshaft, Rods, Valves/Lifters, and Pistons. 

Sensors and accessories not included in warranty.   

 

Transmissions

Transmission warranties are limited to defects in the:

Transmission case/bellhousing and internal components.                

*Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.*

*All installations and warranty claims must be performed by an ARD certified repair facility.*

If you purchase any product, you agree to terms and conditions below:

  1. If any claim is made with malicious intent, we reserve the right to void any warranty.
  2. We highly recommend that you make a purchase from our company when you are ready to the installation either once received or within the first week. The reason for this is because your warranty period (on applicable items) will start once you receive your item. Any claim placed after the warranty period cannot be accepted. Buyer assumes liability if he/she fails to report any problems within the warranty period.
  3. Before reading this section; know that seized / blown engines are not covered under the warranty. Unless otherwise stated, you are purchasing a tested, working unit. Even on the first day of your warranty period if this occurs; any claim will immediately be refused.
  4. Additionally; shipping and labor charges are not covered under the warranty. Buyer must accept the responsibility and coverage upon placing a claim.
  5. If a settlement is in progress and the client attempts a chargeback, know that all previous offers are subject to deductions in dealing with the chargeback case.

 

Returns:


All sales are final. In the event a return is accepted due to placing the order on the incorrect product there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund value. 

Item must be returned in the same way it arrived. If you will be shipping an item back to us we urge you to insure it for the correct value. 

Returns take 24-48 hours to process after they have been received. During this time we test the item to make sure it's still in working order.
